Rochemère connects contract documents: the bill of quantities feeds progress statements, then payment statements and invoices. The figures below are examples calculated using the same functions as your documents.

  1. DQE

    The bill of quantities (DQE) describes the work, quantities and unit prices. In Rochemère, these lines form the basis for calculating progress statements.

  2. Ordres de service

    Service orders (ODS) record when work starts, stops and resumes. Rochemère counts stoppage days between each stop and its corresponding restart.

  3. Situation de travaux

    A progress statement values the progress of each bill-of-quantities line. Rochemère carries forward the previous cumulative amount and calculates the month’s work from the progress entered.

  4. Décompte

    A payment statement combines the progress statement amounts with contract adjustments. In Rochemère, price revision and retention remain visible on separate lines.

  5. Invoice

    The invoice carries over the net payment statement amount and details applicable taxes. Rochemère applies VAT per line (0, 9 or 19%) and calculates stamp duty under Algeria’s 2025 Finance Law for cash payments.

Does Rochemère handle Algerian construction billing (situations, décomptes, révision des prix)?

Yes, this is exactly what Rochemère is built for. DQE, situations de travaux, décomptes, révision des prix, retenue de garantie and ordres de service are native workflows, not add-ons. It's the one thing a generic imported ERP won't do for the Algerian market.

Does it work in Algerian Dinar (DZD) and in French and Arabic?

Every amount displays in DZD by default, and the whole platform runs in French or Arabic, including full right-to-left layout. Your teams work in the language and currency they already use.

Can I manage several chantiers at the same time?

Yes. A portfolio-level dashboard monitors all your active projects, and you can drill into any single chantier for detailed cost, schedule and procurement information.

Can my chef de chantier update progress from the site?
