Terms of Service

Last updated: August 6, 2026

These terms are a contract between you and Rochemère Systems, Algeria, the operator of Rochemère. By creating an account or using Rochemère, you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

1. The Service

Rochemère is a construction project management platform for Algerian companies. It covers project budgets, DQE (devis quantitatif et estimatif), situations de travaux, cost tracking, procurement, subcontracts, scheduling, documents, and team management. It is a tool for recording and organizing your own figures: it is not accounting, legal, tax, or engineering advice, and it does not replace your official accounting records or your obligations to any Algerian authority. You remain responsible for the accuracy of everything you enter and for every decision you take on the basis of it.

2. Accounts, Teams, and Your Data

You need an account to use Rochemère. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for everything done under your account. An organization's owner and admins control who is invited, what role each member has, and which modules they can reach. Inviting someone gives them access to that organization's data, so invite carefully.

Your business data stays yours. We claim no ownership over your projects, budgets, costs, or documents; we host them only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.

3. Plans, Limits, and Payment

Rochemère is sold on subscription plans, priced in Algerian dinars (DZD). Each plan caps the number of organizations, projects, and members you can create; when you reach a cap we block the next creation, but we never delete or lock data you already have. Fees are payable in advance for the agreed period and are not refundable for a period already started, unless Algerian consumer law says otherwise.

If payment fails or is late, we may downgrade or suspend the account after notifying the owner. We can change prices or plan contents with at least 30 days' notice, and the change takes effect at your next renewal.

4. Acceptable Use

Use Rochemère lawfully and reasonably. You may not: store or transmit anything unlawful; try to access another organization's data; probe, scan, or attack the platform; reverse-engineer, copy, or resell it; use automated means to place unreasonable load on it; or upload malware. We may suspend an account immediately where its use threatens the security or availability of the service for others.

5. Availability, Liability, Termination, and Governing Law

We work to keep Rochemère available and to back up your data, but we do not commit to a guaranteed uptime, and we may modify or discontinue features. The service is provided "as is", without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent Algerian law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or lost data. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

You can close your account at any time from the app or by writing to contact@rochemere.co; export your data first, as deletion follows the schedule in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate for material breach of these terms after notice, or immediately for the abuses listed in section 4. These terms are governed by Algerian law, and any dispute we cannot settle amicably goes to the competent courts of [City], Algeria.
